DuroBumps 4.25 Inch Rear Bump Stops For 95-16 Tacoma

1st Gen Tacoma rear bump stops eliminate the shell shock effect we're all familiar with when hitting OEM bump stops. Our duel durometer bump stops easily absorb hard impacts and helps keep the vehicle stable at higher speeds in rough conditions.

The 4.25 inch rear bump stop is intended for trucks with a rear lift of 2 inch and extended shocks of up to 1 inch. These bump stops have been designed to stop wheel up travel under articulation prior to extended shocks bottoming out.

Note: The included standard 1/8 inch steel mounting plate may also be utilized to adapt to existing U-bolt flip kits. Some light modifications will be required (i.e. cutting and drilling to fit your specific application).

U-Bolt Flip Kits
You need to measure your existing rear suspension from the bottom of the axle tube to the top of the leaf pack. Add 2 inch to your measurement and that will give you the length of U-Bolt you need. For example, the distance from the bottom of the axle tube to the top of the leaf pack measure 5.5 inch.

Then you add the 2 inch required for the U-Bolt flip plate and mounting hardware. This equals 7.5 inch in which case you would choose the 7.75 inch U-Bolt Flip Kit.

Please note all U-Bolts have 3 inch of thread.

DuroBumps are not a replacement for air or hydro bump stops. DuroBumps are for trail off-roaders, rock crawlers, and overlanders. At a minimum, DuroBumps require proper suspension setup and roll cage to safely and responsibly drive at high speeds off-road.
