I used to really like ranch hand but now I probably won’t buy another one of their bumpers after my experience. The bumper shipped and arrived in about a week. I unpacked the crate and sorted all the labeled and wrapped parts. About a week later I started installing the bumper. Double check all the parts on the packing slip before you start your install and tear your truck apart just to find out you can’t finish installing the bumper and can’t drive your truck. Each individually wrapped part that was labeled passenger or driver side was label incorrectly (backwards). The tool list that is in the instructions is incomplete and you need a couple other sizes of wrenches and sockets. The directions do not have a ton of pictures and some of the number of fasteners it tells you to remove are incorrect. The cutting instructions are not awesome but gets you at lest close. I was missing one of the frame mounting brackets so I could not install the actual bumper after I cut my old one apart and disassembled the front end of my truck. I contacted pure Tacoma and ranch hand and was told that it should have been in with the other parts. It took over two weeks to get the bracket, meanwhile I couldn’t drive the truck since it was missing the front end. Once I finally got the bracket I finished the install. The grill guard hoops barley set above the headlight, the front grill protection area sits so close some of the bolts that hold the grill panel in place contact my TRD pro grill. There was conflicting information on Pure Tacoma vs Ranch Hands website in concern to the winch mount. This does not include the winch mounting plate which runs over $300 extra. Overall I wish I had waited for one of the RCI or CBI bumpers. ...

Very pleased. The install was straight forward. And what I like most about the install was the very tight seal the intake has at the fender wall. Only allowing cold air coming thru the inside cavity of the fender. I immediately noticed the difference in power and torque at various RPM’s. It made a dramatic difference for the better when idling and petal response. I added a 1” throttle body spacer recently and it is really alive now. Significant HP increase....

The back top left and right sides don't stay up. Bad design. It's good quality material, but needs a strap to keep the corners from folding over. It happens almost every time someone sits on it....

Bought and installed on my '17 V6 Short Bed, had to cut 13" off pipe (instructions were clear about cutting for short beds). Fit Great. However its very Loud! alil too loud for my preference....

This net seems very durable and strong, it's made with easy clips that snap in less than a minute for easy take on/off. I put this on my 2016 short bed double cab Tacoma, it fits perfectly. The only thing is the clips next to the bed door aren’t there like they are in the earlier models. I clipped it low, which still works perfect, but you could easily install the hooks they give you into the bed....
